Why Us?

GJM Property have been active in the South East London property market since 1994. We are based at 129 Bellenden Road close to Peckham Rye.

We are an independently owned agency and as such have a flexible approach to doing business which does not compromise on performance or service. We are able to offer great fees because we do not carry huge overheads on unnecessary promotional items such as branded car fleets.

Our advertising is local and specific. We are now the first and only estate agency to advertise at local railways stations in Southwark. Each year over five million people travel through East Dulwich, Peckham Rye and Queens Road Railway Stations. From now the only estate agency advertising they will see will be GJM Property advertising which is fantastic news for the owners of the properties we are selling or renting out.

We have also just increased our advertising with RightMove - the UK's leading property search engine. We are now the only estate agency in Southwark where a prospective purchaser or tenant will automatically view the GJM Property banner sheet advert when a property search is made in either SE5, SE15 or SE22 for purchase or rental requests. From there they will be directed straight to the GJM Property website to view our properties.

We also want to "do our bit" for the local community. This year we are donating 2% of our sales fee to Kids Company, a fantastic local charity that now now operates throughout London.

We have a talented team of hard working professionals, a very effective advertising and marketing strategy and a strong desire to achieve results. In a challenging business environment we are pleased to announce that we just taken on two new members of staff to continue the growth of the company.

Our hours of business are 9am to 6.45 pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to 5 pm on Saturdays.
