GJM Property has a vast amount of property investment experience over the past ten years plus. GJM Property’s foundations began with £2,000 cash and a £5,000 car loan spent on a speculative off plan purchase in Docklands in 1997. Since then the company has re invested and re developed its expanding portfolio to be worth over £13 Million today.

The key objectives should be to achieve as high as rent as possible, avoiding rental voids, having minimal maintenance costs and over a period enjoying capital gain. Particularly if Capital Gains Tax remains at a generous 18% compared with top end Income Tax of 50%. Whilst at the same time it is essential to maintain and manage the property properly to ensure the safety and comfort of the tenants throughout the tenancy.
