GJM Property has a accumulated a vast amount of property investment knowledge over the past fourteen years. We began with £2,000 cash and a £5,000 car loan spent on a speculative off plan purchase in Londons Docklands in1997. Since then the company has re invested and re developed its expanding portfolio to be worth over £14 Million today. The majority of this portfolio is based in Southwark.

The key objectives of investing in property should be to achieve as high as rent as possible, avoiding rental voids, having minimal maintenance costs and over a period enjoying capital gain - particularly if Capital Gains Tax remains at 28% compared with top end income tax of 50%. Whilst at the same time it is essential to maintain and manage the property properly to ensure the safety and comfort of the tenants throughout the tenancy.

We currently offer a property investment service where we invest your money in exactly the same way we developed our own portfolio. We have been doing this since 2003 and have a number of private investors in the UK, USA, New Zealand and Brazil.
