Hire GJM Property Ltd, as your sole agency, to sell your property and once the property has been sold by GJM Property Ltd you will receive a free week’s holiday accommodation.

The house is called Flip Flops and is located in Trevone Bay, North Cornwall, one a half miles from Padstow. The property has three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin), a lounge, bathroom, outside shower and kitchen/dining family room overlooking the rear garden. It is rated as Four Star with the English Tourism Board.

There is off street parking for two cars. The garden has children’s toys and swings.

The beach at Trevone Bay is less than 900 metres away and there are many other beautiful beaches nearby.

Once GJM Property has sold your property you need to select a week when you would like to stay at the property. The house is available all year round including school holidays unless it is already booked. The
holiday period is from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am. A £200 damage waiver is payable two weeks before the start date and returned with 7 days of the completion of your stay once the local management company has inspected the house. The house comes with towels and bed linen and is centrally heated. The holiday needs to be taken within 12 months of your property being sold.
